Hosting

Die Seite wird bei Netlify (Netlify, Inc., USA/EU) gehostet. Beim Aufruf verarbeitet Netlify technisch notwendige Server-Logs (u. a. IP-Adresse, Zeitpunkt, abgerufene Ressource) zur sicheren und stabilen Auslieferung (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO). Die Übermittlung in die USA stützt sich auf das EU-US Data Privacy Framework bzw. Standardvertragsklauseln.

Konfigurator-Formular

Wenn Sie im Klarheits-Konfigurator Ihre Angaben (Name, Firma, E-Mail, ggf. Ihre Frage, Angaben zu Unternehmensgröße und Zeithorizont sowie die aus Ihren Antworten erstellte Skizze) absenden, werden diese über Netlify Forms verarbeitet, um Ihre Anfrage zu bearbeiten und Kontakt aufzunehmen (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO). Die Daten werden nur so lange gespeichert, wie es für die Bearbeitung erforderlich ist.

Terminbuchung mit Calendly

Für die Terminvereinbarung nutze ich Calendly (Calendly LLC, USA). Eine Datenübertragung an Calendly findet erst statt, wenn Sie aktiv auf den Buchungslink klicken; dabei werden Name, E-Mail und Termindaten verarbeitet. Es gelten die Datenschutzbestimmungen von Calendly; die Übermittlung in die USA stützt sich auf DPF bzw. Standardvertragsklauseln.

For carefully selected business-to-business contact, I may process publicly available business information: business and brand name, registered entity, business email address, location, public website information and, where clearly published in a professional context, a contact person's name or role. Sources are public company websites and public Turismo de Portugal registers.

The purpose is to send a limited, relevant first-contact message about secure and practical AI workflows. The legal basis for any personal data is my legitimate interest in proportionate B2B business development (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR), subject to applicable Portuguese rules on unsolicited communications. Before sending, intended corporate recipients are checked against internal suppression records and the current national DGC objection list. Addresses linked to natural persons are not contacted without a separate valid basis.

Data is used only by me and by the email and hosting providers needed to deliver and secure the communication. It is not sold. Where a provider processes data outside the EEA, the transfer relies on an applicable adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses. No automated decision with legal or similarly significant effect is made.

Prospecting data is deleted after the campaign or no later than 90 days after the last relevant contact, unless a longer period is required to handle a request or legal claim. If you object or ask not to be contacted again, the minimum information needed to prevent future contact is retained in a suppression list.

You may request access, rectification, deletion or restriction and may object to direct marketing at any time. An objection to direct marketing is honoured without further use for that purpose.
